She will be offering her Conscious Menstruation class in Woodstock, New York, on Saturday, June 12, 2010, and offering Maya Abdominal Massage the next day, Sunday, June 13.
Embark on a day long journey with Astrid Grove as you sink into your wombspace and remember the ancient blood mystery teachings, craft your own moonpads, create ritual, heal and honor the beauty and power of your sacred moon time.
Book ahead for your Maya Abdominal Massage on Sunday. You can sign up for the workshop alone, the massage alone, or do both. Maya Abdominal/Uterine Massage is a non-invaasive, external massage technique. It guides internal abdominal organs into their proper position for optimum health and well-being. Maya massage improves organ function by releasing physical and emotional congestion from the abdomen. It is effective for both men and women. This day-long workshop is taught at the Wise Woman Center in Woodstock NY, on June 12, 2010. Class is from 10 am to 5pm; you will be given directions once you register. The one-day workshop costs $85 and includes a wild-food lunch and instruction.
